Responsibilities

Agency Talent Professionals lead the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying, sourcing, and coaching qualified entrepreneurial candidates, building strong networks, and collaborating with stakeholders to successfully fill entrepreneurial or small business owner openings with high-quality talent, while ensuring an efficient and engaging candidate experience.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Working with candidates through the entire process from sourcing, coaching, interview and potential selection
  • Identifying and Sourcing Candidates: Seeking out and attracting qualified agency candidates using deep knowledge of the agency opportunity and industry
  • Building Relationships and Networks: Utilizing all provided vendor sourcing tools, cultivating new sources and centers of influence to generate referrals and build robust talent pipelines
  • Presenting Agency Opportunities: Communicating the benefits and responsibilities of agency roles to competitive prospects
  • Coaching Candidates: Supporting candidates throughout assessment, education and business planning process - providing feedback and coaching on readiness and areas for improvement, while providing meaningful observations to decision makers
  • Evaluating Candidates: Overlaying the performance dimensions with candidate background, skills and execution throughout the process to evaluate quality, competencies and readiness
  • Experience Execution: Partnering with leadership, business partners, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute effective recruitment and candidate coaching efforts with a focus on quality, pace and a high-caliber candidate experience

Additional requirements:
  • Knowledge: Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the State Farm Agency distribution system, ICA Limited Tenure Agreement (LTA), Licensed Staff Agreements (LSA) and State Farm company operations, products, and services
  • Compliance: Must understand and be compliant with State Farm Agency Recruiting and Human Resources recruiting and employment policies and federal and state law through entire recruiting, interview and screening process, and selection decisions
  • Confidential Information: Must handle and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information
  • Valid Driver's License: Must maintain a valid commercial license to lawfully operate vehicles as requested by the company
  • Travel: May be required to travel overnight via commercial transportation and/or driving a vehicle to conduct/attend training, conferences, meetings and/or seminars
  • May be a need to work some irregular hours including potential nights/weekends

Office Locations: Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Tempe, AZ and Richardson, TX

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Employees should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Relocation benefits will not apply.

Qualifications

  • Strong and proven experience leading the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying, sourcing, and coaching qualified entrepreneurial candidates
  • Experience building strong networks, and collaborating with stakeholders to successfully fill entrepreneurial openings with high-quality talent
  • Experience ensuring an efficient and engaging candidate experience during the recruitment process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Potential starting salary range: $80,600 - $101,450
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
