This role is responsible for managing a high volume of simultaneous parts orders, ranging from routine replenishment items to urgent fleet readiness requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate hundreds of active part shipments at any given time, ensuring customer priorities are clearly understood, execution plans are established, and cross-functional teams remain aligned to meet delivery commitments.

Success Criteria

Success in this role means ensuring the seamless execution of a high-volume aftermarket order portfolio by coordinating activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, shipping, contracts, finance, and sales. The successful candidate will proactively manage priorities, resolve execution challenges, and maintain clear communication with both customers and internal stakeholders to consistently deliver on schedule, meet contractual commitments, and support fleet readiness.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational leadership by driving accountability, monitoring key performance metrics, mitigating risks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that reduce lead times, improve delivery performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. Success will also be measured by the ability to balance competing priorities, maintain compliance with government contracting requirements, and foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
