Experienced Affordable Housing Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our growing Affordable Housing team. As a transactional expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in multifamily real estate acquisition, development, and finance
• Lead and advise on complex transactions, including joint venture equity and LIHTC transactions
• Collaborate with senior partners and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the affordable housing industry and market trends
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on multifamily real estate acquisition, development, and finance
• Proven track record of success in transactional work, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations, including LIHTC and other government programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
