Aeroderivative packages - Aviation/small gas turbine used for power generation.

What You will Do:

We are looking for 10+ years of experience who have plant experience handled skid packages. Must have history of working with global team and managing global projects, Handled/assisted a team of minimum 15+ engineers technically for the plant power output ranges minimum from 20MW and above.

USA Local national engineering leaders are preferred who have handled local team and India team in local - Global module. However, if any potential people available with other nationalities with H1A/B can apply.

What You Will Bring:
  1. Develop healthy relationships with customers.
  2. Drive the weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customer.
  3. Responsible for the team deliverables (OTD & Quality (FPY))
  4. Critical & Crucial projects be in ground and perform the reviews of the deliverables.
  5. Identify the team capability gaps and work on the improvement actions.
  6. Make sure all the deliverables are reviewed, and the errors are captured appropriately by your team.
  7. Perform RCA on the Errors identified during the technical review, work to close those gaps.
  8. Understand the customer requirements and onboard the right talents to deliver the project whenever required.
  9. Weekly / Biweekly connect with the SAG leader to review team Productivity, Quality and the delivery milestones.
  10. Understand the internal / Customer challenges and drive continual improvement initiatives.
  11. Drive internal meeting to monitor the efficiency of the team.
  12. Protect the castle, more vigilant on competition entry.
  13. Make strategy ideas with action plans to increase the footprint with new areas of opportunities within the portfolio

Required Skills and Experience
  1. 10+ years of experience who have plant design experience handled skid packages
  2. Experience in Plant accessories /Balance of Plant engineering for Combined Cycle or Single cycle power plants.
  3. Manage or lead New Product Introduction / New Product Design
  4. Knowledge of Gas Turbines / Generators accessories. Very good experience in skid packages
  5. Knowledge of Accessories systems such as Fuel systems, Water wash systems, Lubrication systems, purge system, engine start system/hydraulic system, Inlet & Exhaust, Ventilation & fire protection system.
  6. Experience in reading and developing Schematics (P&IDs), Skids, Piping /Tubing, General Arrangements, Structural drawings, and Specifications.
  7. Experience in pumps, control valves, water chemistry, sampling & dosing, generator accessories.
  8. Experience in Piping design, pipe selection, pipe sizing, pressure drop calculations etc. (ANSI/ASME/ISO)
  9. Experience in working with Fabrication of sheet metal components with knowledge of welding standards like AWS.
  10. Good knowledge of GD&T, Manufacturing / Assembly requirements.
  11. Experience in driving design reviews for new product development with Cross Functional teams.
  12. Knowledge of Engineering Change Management process (ECR/ECO) for Releasing Drawing/BOM
  13. Knowledge of Product life cycle Management
  14. Excellent communication skills working with engineering managers and executives.
  15. Creative and smart experience working with MS products and must know how to articulate the data to presentable format to executives.

Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 a year plus benefits
