The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement robust AEM solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Optimize AEM applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Mandatory Skills: - Strong expertise in Adobe AEM Development, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
- Proficient in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Familiarity with AEM development tools such as CRXDE, Maven, and Git.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating AEM with third-party systems and APIs.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of AEM applications.
Salary: Fulltime: The pay range for this role is US$120,000 - US$140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
