Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
AEGIS Based Defense SM 3 Technical Monitor Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a talented and mission oriented professional team of federal engineers, active-duty Naval Officers and Contract staff who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get missile defense capability out to the Fleet. You will also be part of a team of some of the best and brightest Engineers and scientists our country has to offer.
What You'll Be Doing:- Defining Requirements and Scope
- Identifying Deliverables and Dependencies
- Drafting the Statement of Work
- Contributing to the Independent Government Cost Estimate
- May serve as on Technical Evaluation Team
- Coordinate and consolidate SM-3 Reviews and feedback to contractor's proposals
- Execute a continuous cycle of surveillance, documentation, and communication to ensure the government receives what it paid for
- Review Contractor Reports to assess project status, compare expenditures to work completed, and identify potential delays
- Acts as a liaison between the contractor's technical staff and the government, communicating all observations and findings
- Final Inspection and Acceptance
- Reconciliation of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- US Citizenship with Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent work experience that meets guidelines established for job
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- Mastery of MS Office suite and familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence or Teams
- Weapon System Experience
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:- BA/BS Degree
- 7+ years of experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Prior experience with Weapons Systems Deployment
- Experience with Missile Systems
- Technical experience in one of the following areas: Fleet operations, systems engineering, missile systems, Aegis Qualifications, etc.
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
