OverviewThe Advisory Senior Manager at TRC Companies Integrated Planning & Advisory (IP&A) is responsible for overseeing client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth through strategic development initiatives. The Sr. Manager will provide expertise in Asset Management Strategy and maintain a high-level knowledge of the utility industry and policy trends affecting the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of client delivery, consulting services, project execution, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Growth & Business Development: Identify expansion opportunities, develop new service offerings, and drive revenue growth.
- External Speaking and Representation: Represent TRC Companies IP&A at industry forums and events.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
- Leadership & Team Development: Fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Financial & Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge Sharing: Share industry knowledge and experiences regarding policies and best practices to assist clients in developing strategies.
- Asset Management Strategy Expertise: Ensure the IP&A leaders and team members have a complete understanding of Asset Management best practices, including an understanding of regulatory and compliance, reliability performance, storm restoration processes, and software solutions.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in consulting, project management, or client services.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Awareness of reliability, affordability, and sustainability challenges.
- Demonstrated skills fostering strong client relationships and advancing TRC's leadership in the energy and utility industries.
- Ability to support TRC Companies' values and culture commitments.
Minimum qualifications are the requirements an applicant must meet to be considered a candidate for the position.
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Decision Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
- 15 years' experience working in consulting or equivalent
- Experience developing Asset Management Strategy and software solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle a dynamic, fast-paced workload
- Excellent organizational skills

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
Salary RangeUSD $168,084.80 - USD $185,515.00 /Yr.
