Advisory ManagerSalary: $226,500 per year

Job Role and Responsibilities: Help clients make strategic choices about their business and/or transform their organization. Lead discussions with client senior management on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape. Communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions. Address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation. Build and nurture senior level client relationships. Structure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including "telling the story" with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner. Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, coordinating team meetings, guiding, and teaching more junior team members. Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices, and clients. Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members. Drive business and strategy development. May work in various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Qualifications: Master's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field and 4 years of management consulting or business solution delivery experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate management consulting or business solution delivery experience.
Position also requires the following experience: demonstrated business development experience; managing end-to-end projects; consulting experience; client-facing experience, including building and managing client relationships; leading/mentoring teams; understanding macro industry or functional trends; SQL; data-based story telling; and strong business and financial acumen.
