POSITION OVERVIEW

You bring market intelligence, work every angle of the role (visibility, sourcing, outreach), connect workforce planning to pools of candidates, build genuine relationships with talent, coach hiring leaders, and ensure process excellence.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
  • Advise hiring leaders with clarity, influence and strategic options.
  • Bring market intelligence: talent availability, competition, trends - and adapt strategies in real time.
  • Lead the full TA cycle: intake 1 visibility 1 sourcing 1 structured selection 1 offer, with an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner on workforce planning to anticipate needs and maintain ready-to-activate pipelines.
  • Engage and nurture passive talent communities, especially for Financing roles.
  • Represent our employer brand, telling the story of why BDC is truly different.
  • Use AI tools daily to enhance sourcing, drafting, insights and operating rhythm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, ideally in financial services, consulting or commercial roles.
  • Hands-on mastery of direct sourcing and structured selection.
  • Comfort with AI-powered tools, which are fully integrated in our TA workflow.
  • Workday proficiency is a highly valuable nice to have
  • A natural ability to influence, prioritize and make strong decisions.
  • Mandatory bilingualism (French & English) to effectively support Quebec and Atlantic regions.
  • Hybrid work model:
