Your Impact

Enable a seamless and efficient commercial technology experience by resolving system and transaction issues, supporting business users, and helping drive the successful adoption of digital procurement and supply chain platforms across the organization.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

  • Investigate and resolve transactional issues across purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and supplier processes.
  • Partner with Digital, IT, Master Data, and support teams to coordinate incident resolution and system improvements.
  • Support system releases, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and business readiness efforts.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to users across SAP S/4, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass.
  • Diagnose system and process issues, identify root causes, and track recurring trends.
  • Monitor and report on transaction failures, processing delays, and system adoption metrics.
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and compliance requirements, including SOX controls.
  • Support onboarding, escalations, process improvements, and commercial digital initiatives.
  • Promote consistent system usage and best practices across commercial and supply chain teams.


Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting commercial, procurement, supply chain, or business technology processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with business process improvement, ERP systems, data analysis, and user support.
  • Ability to execute UAT testing, validate system fixes, and support implementation or hypercare activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Your Work Environment

You will work in a highly collaborative environment supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, Master Data, and Process Excellence teams. The role offers broad exposure to business operations and technology platforms, requiring close interaction with end users, suppliers, and system vendors to deliver reliable processes, continuous improvement, and a positive user experience across commercial systems.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $86,500 - 115,300. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
