Your role in our missionAs an Advisor - Programmer Analyst, you will:
- Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#
- Architect scalable and secure REST APIs and cloud-native solutions.
- Apply Microservices Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns to build scalable solutions.
- Implement secure coding, performance optimization, and CI/CD best practices.
- Ensure compliance with 508 and accessibility standards.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and drive engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Promote AI SDLC practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical leadership across projects.

The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
