  • Develop and maintain policies for contract rate customers and services.
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Connect engineering, operations, and sales for policy consistency.
  • Lead training and development of procedures for policy sustainment activities.
  • Coordinate communications for customers and employees, including newsletters and website content.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, serving as a resource for policy-related questions.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues by working with various teams.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop, implement, and sustain policies and processes that support contract rate customers and harmonized services.
  • Partner with account managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Connect engineering, operations, and sales teams to promote consistent interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
  • Lead policy sustainment activities, information sessions, and the development of supporting procedures and training materials.
  • Coordinate customer and employee communications, including newsletters, meeting materials, publication schedules, and assigned website content.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and serve as a key resource for policy- and process-related questions.
  • Investigate and help resolve technical and/or operational issues that arise from time-to-time due to changes in policies and proceduresby working with teams across operations, engineering, construction, and capacity planning.


Who You Are:
  • You have post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least four years of relevant work experience.
  • You bring strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • You have demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and supporting organizational change.
  • You apply sound analytical and critical-thinking skills to investigate issues, evaluate information, and recommend practical solutions.
  • You are highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with working experience using Power BI and Copilot.
  • Experience supporting contract customers or working within a utility or government environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience in gas management services, gas supply, capacity planning, policy and procedure development, or project management is an asset. A project management professional designation would also be an advantage.


Working Conditions:
  • The role involves regular collaboration with account management, sales, engineering, operations, construction, and planning teams.
  • Work includes facilitating meetings, preparing communications and training materials, maintaining digital resources, and responding to policy, technical, or operational questions.


Base Salary:
  • Base salary ranges from $81,090 - $100,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
