Full Job Description
As Advisor II, Accounting you will be at the heart of our crude business operations, helping to ensure our financial integrity and supporting key decisions that drive our company forward. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, learn from diverse perspectives, and contribute to a culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role supports the monthly closing activities, including recording actual results and accruals to ensure accounting accuracy, and timely settlement.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver accurate financial outcomes by compiling, consolidating, and analyzing financial data within established systems.
  • Manage core accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly close activities.
  • Leverage technology and analytical skills to resolve book-to-physical/book/forecast reconciliation issues, resolve open items, and contribute to financial statements and special reports.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while maintaining data integrity.
  • Partner with business units and teams to provide clear insights and timely information that support decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Manage and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
  • Develop your capabilities through ongoing training and collaboration, staying current with industry best practices and digital tools.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, resolve queries, and contribute to a culture of trust and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring - Required

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $108,900 - $133,100.
