Full Job Description
Advisor I, Investigations plays a key role in supporting the organization's ethics, compliance, and regulatory programs. This position partners across teams to ensure regulatory requirements are effectively translated into policies, investigations are conducted with integrity, and data privacy and compliance processes are upheld across the business.

What You'll Do
• Conduct investigations into ethics and compliance concerns, gathering evidence through interviews, document reviews, and data analysis while preparing clear summaries and reporting findings to leadership.
• Support the implementation and execution of regulatory and compliance programs by interpreting laws, assessing risks, and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, and Employee Relations to manage investigations, communicate findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and reports related to investigations, audits, and compliance activities.
• Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen compliance awareness and promote understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements.
• Assist in designing and improving compliance processes, including audits, risk identification, and policy development to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Conduct data privacy assessments, support audits, and implement data protection measures across teams.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
• Analyze data and trends to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure timely and accurate communication and reporting.

What You'll Bring - Required
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 or more years of experience in data privacy roles and ethics or HR investigations

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, investigations, and audit processes
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies and apply them to business operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $96,300 - $117,700.
