About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Human Resources (HR), the Advisor, Human Resources is responsible for leading and assisting with a broad range of HR services. You will be a key figure supporting internal operations and have the opportunity to build relationships with employees across diverse departments and at all levels of the business.

To be successful, we are looking for someone who is flexible and calm and uses those attributes to navigate completing tasks, tight deadlines, and changes. The right candidate will have a broad experience in human resources and the ability to perform with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary range: 96,000 - 112,600 CAD /year

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
