The Advisor, Process Excellence job advises and executes strategic plans and programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance and customer satisfaction. As a recognized subject matter expert in the field, this job leads and counsels to streamline operations, reduce waste, and optimize workflows. This job drives the application and integration of business process management frameworks and methodologies, leads implementation of continuous improvement principles and drives process management maturity and the simplification of processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT STANDARDS APPLICATION: Advises on the application of business process management frameworks and methodologies across the organization, integrating feedback to enhance business process management practices, and training others in the organization. PROCESS MAPPING & MODELING: Guides information gathering, interviews, workshops, and the creation of detailed process models and documentation in compliance with relevant standards. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Reviews, enhances, and challenges existing processes leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, promoting initiatives to increase efficiency and value, and reduce waste. PROCESS ASSESSMENTS & DATA ANALYSIS: Uses and advises on data insights and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and apply advanced analysis tools. TECHNOLOGIES ADOPTION: Promotes Drives the adoption of new technologies and automation tools that support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. WORK INTAKE & PRIORITIZATION: Advises on the design and development of work in-take and prioritization processes providing insight aligned with business leadership objectives. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: Develops trusted partner who fosters cross functional collaboration to connect processes and stakeholders, to ensure clear action plans and facilitate to develop new practices.
