What are your contributions to the team?
• Lead the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies that elevate Bombardier's brand and showcase its industry-leading aircraft across global markets.
• Drive strategic communications initiatives supporting key corporate priorities, mainly focusing on Bombardier Defense all while supporting other Bombardier business segments as needed.
• Create compelling communications materials, including press releases, key messages, executive speeches, and stakeholder communications, that reinforce Bombardier's leadership and brand.
• Act as a collaborative member of the communication team and a trusted partner to other internal stakeholders, collaborating with marketing, sales, and business teams to deliver integrated and impactful communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and influence.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Respond to media inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Demonstrate agility and leadership in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by aligning communications initiatives with Bombardier's broader strategic objectives.

How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations or a related discipline.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related discipline with experience in media relations preferred.
• You are an exceptional communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills in both English and French.
• You are highly versatile, with a proven ability to lead and deliver multiple, complex projects in parallel.
• You bring strong project management skills and thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
• You demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and composure when navigating ambiguity or sensitive situations.
• You have experience working with senior executives and contributing to strategic communications initiatives.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
• You have experience in aerospace, defense, or other complex, technical industries (a strong asset).
• You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to turn challenges into opportunities.
