**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**

The ASOTMC Instructor/Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, management, and execution of advanced special operations training programs. This position serves as a key liaison between training staff, leadership, and government representatives to ensure course objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of ASOTMC course execution.
  • Synchronize training schedules, resources, personnel, and facilities to support mission requirements.
  • Provide classroom instruction, mentorship, and guidance to students as required.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation, reports, and course records.
  • Coordinate with government personnel and leadership to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Monitor student progress and support evaluation processes.
  • Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) and recommend improvements to training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, risk management, and operational security requirements.
  • Support curriculum development and continuous process improvement initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of the NICP Course.
  • Graduate of ASOTC (Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course).
  • Demonstrated Battalion-Level Management Experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating operations, training events, or mission support activities.
