Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented GEOINT Deployment Analyst to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.

This role supports critical expeditionary operations requiring strategic planning, policy development, and human capital resource management to quantitatively and qualitatively improve participation in vital volunteer deployment programs.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate and engage in program recruitment activities while collaborating with all recruiters and schedulers on the team to meet global deployment requirements.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of deployed operations to assist leadership in evaluating deployment requirements and providing recommendations to efficiently place personnel and fill critical gaps.
  • Maintain an active network of contacts, solicit personnel for strategic deployment opportunities, and respond to internal and external customer requests in a timely, consultative manner.
  • Analyze overseas requirements to determine required critical skills and collaborate with deployed leadership to author and edit position descriptions that accurately reflect operational needs.
  • Prepare weekly informal and decision-focused briefings to assist leadership in selecting personnel for deployment while maintaining strong lines of communication with deployed teams.
  • Coordinate between internal directorates, deployers, and combatant commands on complex issues impacting expeditionary operations.
  • Manage deployment databases and schedules while providing deployment manpower statistics to assist leadership with future planning and funding initiatives.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of interacting effectively with department heads, managers, and specialized analysts.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in a GEOINT environment, or equivalent experience within a related technical or operational field.
  • Experience in MS Office and desktop publishing tools paired with exceptional professional editing skills.


Clearance Requirements:
  • An active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior talent acquisition or recruiting experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Completed specialized military GEOINT training or equivalent certifications.
  • Direct operational deployment experience or prior support to expeditionary environments.


Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The individual will constantly position self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • The employee must constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
  • The position requires frequently communicating with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering formal presentations.
