About the RoleWe're seeking an
Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality planning and validation activities for new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring customer requirements are met while driving world-class quality performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new programs and launches
- Develop PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flows
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality tools
- Support customer and supplier quality initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to improve quality and performance
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D problem solving
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements preferred
