Key Responsibilities- Leading development teams in a new product development environment
- Ensure project performance and execution
- Managing customer relationships
- Schedule and milestone development/management
- Understand technology employed on various programs
- Develop program/project cost estimates
- Baseline development
- Program/project metric development and reporting
- Variance analysis
- Risk and opportunity development and management
- Manage supplier relationships
- Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, < 10%
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 5+ years in a related field
- 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance due to the compliance with the U.S. export control laws and regulations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
