Summary StatementServes as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for Delaware's Birth to Three Early Intervention Program, conducting developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers (birth-3) with suspected delays or disabilities to determine eligibility. Responsibilities include assessing needs, interpreting findings, documenting recommendations, educating families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providers, making referrals, and supporting quality improvement and IDEA Part C compliance. Designated SHOC role. B23 is expected to transition to DOE by July 2028; this position is not anticipated to transition. At that time, the incumbent may apply for other available positions within DPH.
Preferred Qualification Applicants who do not possess the preferred qualification will still be eligible to compete for this position if job requirements are met.

- Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations and forms.
- Participates in and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.
Job Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- Possession of a Delaware Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license or temporary permit for a Delaware Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in an appropriate specialty area.
