Infertility and Men's Health practice. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working in a collaborative team environment, and developing expertise in a specialized area of urology.
The preferred candidate will have prior experience in urology, men's health, infertility, reproductive health, or a closely related specialty; however, we are also open to strong candidates with a genuine interest in learning and growing within the field.
Responsibilities- Support the physician in outpatient evaluation and follow-up care for infertility and men's health patients.
- Obtain histories, perform focused physical exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on appropriate labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing care.
- Assist with office-based procedures and pre-op/post-op care as appropriate to the specialty and provider skill set.
- Communicate with patients by phone or video when needed for follow-up, medication questions, and care coordination
- Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.
Qualifications- Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- DEA license and ability to practice in Colorado.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in urology, infertility, and men's health strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered practice.
Preferred Experience- Urology experience
- Men's health, infertility, reproductive endocrinology, or surgical specialty experience.
- Familiarity with outpatient specialty workflows, patient education, and procedure support.
