Pay Range: Targeted salary $104,500 annually, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Required Education:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing OR Master's degree from accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Nurse Practitioner:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) license in State of Oklahoma AND
  • Active board certification Nurse Practitioner.

Physician Assistant:
  • Active PA license in State of Oklahoma AND
  • Active PA board certification.

Clinical Nurse Specialist:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in state of Oklahoma AND
  • Active CNS board certification.

Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Clinical Nurse Specialists, must obtain the required licensure from the State of Oklahoma within 30 days after the offer of employment.

All Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Clinical Nurse Specialists applicants must have:
  • Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification and Advanced Life Support certifications. If relevant to practice area, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Obtain within 90 days of employment in this position.

Department Preferences:
  • Primary Care specialty BLS or ACLS certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records.
