Responsibilities include:
- Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
- Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
- Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
Requirements- Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
- At least one year of experience as an NP or PA in Urgent Care, Emergency Room, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine
- Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
