ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Practice ProviderHematology/Oncology What you can expect at your practice:- Seeking Nurse Practitioner to join new provider-based doctor and infusion office in Lewisburg
- Full-time 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday position no weekends/no holidays/no evenings
- Responsible for 9-12 patients per day
- Main responsibilities include responding to infusion room reactions, seeing patients in-office and assisting with higher level triage

QualificationsQualificationsMinimum Education:- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:Licenses:- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
