ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Practice ProviderGeneral Surgery - Lewisburg What you can expect at your practice:- Exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our General Surgery team in Lewisburg
- Full-time position; Days (7 am - 7 pm, 7 am - 3 pm)
- Participate in surgical procedures as a first assist in the operating room
- Candidate will work in-patient at Lewisburg Hospital
- Conduct thorough patient assessments during rounding to evaluate patient status and progress
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

QualificationsQualificationsMinimum Education:- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:Licenses:- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
