This Advanced Practice Provider will join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in the Indianapolis, IN area. The city has an appealing blend of big-city amenities, cosmopolitan style, and communities that boast highly rated school systems, the Indianapolis area consistently ranks nationally among the best places to live. This opportunity delivers care at our Community Physician Network, Gastroenterology Care location at 3505 S Reed Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902.

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider to join a well-established Gastroenterology team at our Community Howard Regional Health campus. We are seeking a highly motivated, teamwork-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably with experience.
• 1.0 FTE / Day Shift
• M-F schedule with no weekends, call, or holidays

About Community Health Network

Community Health Systems is a Fortune 500 company based in Franklin, Tennessee. It was the largest provider of general hospital healthcare services in the United States in terms of number of acute care facilities. In 2014, CHS had around 200 hospitals, but the number had declined to around 85 in 2021.
