Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in Physician Assistant required; Masters Degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Physician Assistant upon hire is mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Board certification for Nurse Practitioners by the American Nurses Credentialing Center is needed upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Work a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with one evening shift from 1 PM to 8 PM.
  • Dedicate approximately 35 hours weekly to patient care and 5 hours to administrative tasks.
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.
  • Engage in a collaborative practice with one physician and one other Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

What You'll Champion:
  • M-F 8-5 schedule with one evening a week (1-8 PM)
  • Schedule includes approximately 35 patient facing clinical hours and 5 dedicated administrative hours per week
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
  • Practice in a family-oriented, inclusive, and highly tenured team environment
  • Collaborate with a team 1 physician and 1 other APP

Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:
  • 1 year Required

Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
