ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Practice ProviderFamily Medicine - St. Paul Suite 101What you can expect at your practice:- Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient Family Medicine practice
- Perform complete history and physical exams for 20-22 pediatric, adult, and older adult patients per day
- Full-time hours varying from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m, on call 7-8x per year per year
- Opportunity to adopt small patient panel with room to grow
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, infections, arthritis, anxiety, depression etc.

QualificationsQualificationsMinimum Education:- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:Licenses:- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
