Advanced Practice Provider

Family Medicine - St. Paul Suite 101

What you can expect at your practice:
  • Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient Family Medicine practice
  • Perform complete history and physical exams for 20-22 pediatric, adult, and older adult patients per day
  • Full-time hours varying from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m, on call 7-8x per year per year
  • Opportunity to adopt small patient panel with room to grow
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, infections, arthritis, anxiety, depression etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:
  • 1 year Required

Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
