Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Champion:
  • Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 3-5 years of primary care experience
  • Full-time outpatient schedule: Five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week
  • Fridays required, plus one evening per week (Monday evenings preferred, flexibility available)
  • Independent, provider-led practice with one physician and team-based support
  • Established patient panel provided - step into care immediately without building from scratch
