Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider Coordinator Cardiac Surgery

Location: Lebanon, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Champion:
  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for adult cardiac surgery patients, including post-operative follow-up, valve consultations, and ongoing care coordination.
  • Partner with cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex patients across the continuum of care, from surgical consultation through recovery and discharge.
  • Assist in cardiac surgery procedures and support the management of critically ill patients in the ICU, helping drive exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Serve as a clinical and operational leader within the practice, contributing to scheduling, workflow optimization, and departmental initiatives that enhance patient care and team performance.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while advancing WellSpan Health's commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and community-focused cardiac services.
