Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiology

Location: West Region

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Champion:
  • Deliver high-quality cardiovascular care to adult patients across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Partner with a collaborative team of experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage and evaluate patients with a wide range of general cardiology conditions, helping improve heart health throughout the community.
  • Build meaningful patient relationships through education, prevention, and ongoing cardiovascular disease management.
  • Contribute to a growing, team-oriented cardiology program serving communities across Franklin and Cumberland counties
  • Practice at the top of your license with a Monday-Friday schedule with no call

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:
  • 1 year Required

Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
