We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR!

Position Details:
  • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
  • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Position Highlights:
  • Base compensation $141K- $155K per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
  • $15K Hiring Bonus

  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
