Advanced Imaging Area Sales Manager – Image Guided Therapy Devices (Texas)

Your role:

  • Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory; assisting in advancing revenue and market position.

  • Keeping tabs on new products in assigned subject area and of current and future company products.

  • Managing activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Territory Managers. Developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.

  • Partnering with customer contacts across hospital or clinical environments, and discovering new opportunities for product expansion.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 9+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment. 

  • You must have demonstrated experience with Intravascular Ultrasound Systems (IVUS), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), or Near‑infrared spectroscopy (NIRS).

  • You have a BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience.

  • Your skills include strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners (physicians, clinicians, fellows, C-Suite, etc.) to present a value proposition.

  • You effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.  This role will require 75% travel within the region; national travel could be required as necessary.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

Total Target Earnings are composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $182,750 to $330,000, plus company fleet/car. 

Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
