We are seeking an Advanced Engineering Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate manufacturability, define production processes, support tooling and equipment decisions, and ensure new products are ready for scalable manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI projects from tool kickoff through production release.
• Evaluate manufacturability, product requirements, tooling, packaging, automation, equipment, labor needs, and process capability.
• Develop cost estimates and quote inputs for labor, tooling, packaging, automation, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
• Define, qualify, and validate new manufacturing equipment and processes, including PFMEA, IQ, OQ, and PQ support.
• Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, project records, and production handoff documentation.
• Support production launch through operator training, launch metric monitoring, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQ packages for packaging, automation, and post-processing equipment.
• Manage project scope, action items, due dates, and communication throughout development and launch.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or new product launch experience preferred.
• Experience with injection molding and/or blow molding preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process validation preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• ERP systems
• Adobe or related documentation tools
