The Advanced CAD Specialist provides technical expertise and guidance to CAD engineers, assisting with complex design challenges and problem-solving. You will review and approve CAD drawings and designs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in CAD design processes is also a key responsibility.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in CAD design and engineering
- Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
