Job Summary

RWJBH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Critical Care APP fellowship. The Critical Care Fellowship is a paid, 12-month postgraduate Advanced Practice Provider program. It incorporates a rigorous, structured training schedule and supports as our fellows to make the transition from student to provider.

Shift
  • Full Time
  • 40hrs/week
  • Days/Nights/Holidays

Essential Functions
  • Rotations vary from 2 to 4 weeks in multiple critical care area example, MICU, RRT, SICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU etc
  • Didactic time include monthly lectures with subspecialty experts and weekly critical care conferences throughout the year
  • Each rotation will have its own goals and objectives, and will be followed by an evaluation
  • Learning resources will be provided

Education
  • Graduate from NP program with certification in Acute care
  • Physician Assistants need to have graduated from accredited PA program

Experience
  • 0-1 years of experience, program geared toward novice APPs looking to work in Critical Care setting as a career
