Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

Job Summary

RWJBH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Rapid Response Team RRT department at the New Brunswick campus.

Schedule
  • This is a full time position with 50/50 day/night requirements
  • 12.5 hour shifts

Essential Functions
  • The role includes responding to emergencies as the provider for the Rapid Response Team as well as assisting with other matters for hospitalized patients such as removal of central lines, and emergency room admissions
  • Must be motivated and an independent thinker, able to quickly prioritize, work in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapt quickly in acute situations
  • Assessment of critical patients
  • Ordering and implementing treatment plans

Education
  • Graduate from NP program with certification in Acute care, Adult-Gerontology, or Family
  • All FNPs must have documented medical, surgical or ICU nursing experience
  • Physician Assistants need to have graduated from accredited PA program

Experience
  • 2-4 years of acute inpatient experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications
