About Market Activation

Market Activation (MA) ensures our commercial teams are fully prepared to bring Ads products to market with clarity, speed, and impact. We set the standard for go-to-market readiness and launch execution by:
  • Driving structured, repeatable launch execution
  • Translating product capabilities into clear seller workflows, enablement, and GTM strategy
  • Acting as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure aligned, high-quality commercialization


The Role

We are hiring a Program Manager to lead Commercial Readiness for the Media Planning & Activation product domain, one of the most critical operational pillars of our Ads business.

This role sits at the center of product, and sales,and is responsible for ensuring that new capabilities are operationalized, adopted, and scaled effectively across global markets.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end commercial readiness and launch execution for Media Planning & Order Management products
  • Effectively execute the change management of new capabilities by collaborating with multiple teams across the organization including Sales, Account Management, Market Planning & Operations, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Drive change management, including documentation, communication, and enablement inputs
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on commercialization strategy and end-user positioning.
  • Lead structured forums to surface risks, unblock decisions, and maintain execution momentum
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, scalable operational workflows
  • Coordinate UAT and validate end-to-end workflows to ensure systems and processes are production-ready
  • Establish feedback loops for business users and Product to surface friction, inefficiencies, and product gaps
  • Partner with Enablement to align on right-sized training and rollout strategies


About you:
  • 8+ years of experience in the advertising industry, including 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs; deep expertise in the CTV and streaming ecosystem
  • Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in dynamic, highly cross-functional environments
  • Experience leading launches of advertising business tools (e.g., media planning, order management, billing systems), including operational readiness, communications, positioning, workflow design.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and operate as a trusted partner in business transformation
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a proven ability to thrive in evolving, high-growth environments


Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000.00 - $330,000.00.
