ADP Business Development Capture Manager
What You Will Be Doing
In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating, assisting, conducting, and guiding business/market activities within the LM Aeronautics Advanced Development Programs Integrated Systems classified portfolio, which includes Collaborative Combat Aircraft development, requiring strong customer relations with the U.S. government acquisition and technical customers. You will communicate to customers and decision makers at multiple levels of the US government, Department of War and other agencies focusing on warfighter requirements, product & technology roadmaps, and investment strategies. You will execute customer events and visits to communicate LM Aeronautics messages and build collaborative relationships. These activities include supporting the following: capture, market development, opportunity qualification, customer relationship management, decision mapping, competitive intelligence, development of position-to-win strategies, customer analysis, competitor assessment, and strategy development. The selected candidate will assist in the coordination of the business area and senior executive customer communications, events, and visits which are associated with new business opportunities. This position requires a Final Secret clearance. This position also requires some domestic travel.

This position will require a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Access Programs. You Must be able to travel (domestic) several times monthly. The preferred location for this position is Palmdale, CA. However, Fort Worth, TX and Marietta, GA can also be considered.
Basic Qualifications
• Program capture campaign management experience OR Recent working relationships with customers at Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Operations (OPNAV) N98, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), or National Aeronautical Space Administration (NASA)
• Must have the experience with working across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions, and manage different stakeholder equities; lead customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Access Programs.

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and weapons development programs is highly desirable
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $173,900 - $301,415. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
