You bring deep hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, but what sets you apart is your ability to connect technical fluency to real business outcomes: scalable customer engagement ecosystems, governance frameworks that stick, and omnichannel experiences that feel seamless rather than stitched together. You build trust with clients, align stakeholders with clarity, and do your best work when the path forward isn't obvious.

The Work:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. 
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you need:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Minimum of 4 years of working with distributed delivery teams and part of large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
