We are hiring for a Lead Full Stack Adobe Experience Manager Developer opportunity. Role: Lead Full Stack Adobe Experience Manager Developer Location: Remote Position: 1 Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong backend development expertise and technical architecture experience. The ideal candidate will lead the development lifecycle, support AEM modernization initiatives, and drive the design, development, and migration of Adobe Experience Manager solutions with a focus on AEM 6.5 LTS. Experience with Adobe Managed Services migration and frontend technologies is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development team and provide technical guidance throughout the application lifecycle. • Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and team collaboration sessions. • Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java and OSGi within Adobe Experience Manager. • Develop scalable and maintainable AEM 6.5 LTS solutions following enterprise architecture standards. • Support technical migration activities from Adobe Managed Services to AEM 6.5 LTS. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices. • Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high quality digital solutions. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide application support as needed. Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 LTS. • Strong backend development experience using Java and OSGi. • Experience leading backend development activities and technical architecture design. • Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise AEM applications. • Strong understanding of AEM development lifecycle and best practices. • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
