- Technical skill is table stakes. What sets a great candidate apart is the ability to walk into a room, present a dataset, and make people see the world differently. We want someone who is naturally curious, asks the questions behind the question, and knows that a great insight without a great story is just a number.
- If you have ever redesigned a dashboard because the old one confused people, pushed back on a metric because it was misleading, or reframed a business problem using data - you might be exactly who we need.
