Admissions & Outreach Manager Salary - $95k-110k Shift - 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, MOD and on-call rotation This position is responsible for leading and managing the entire admissions process for The Clare's Skilled Nursing, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and maintaining census targets. This position plays a pivotal role in assessing, approving, and coordinating all admissions, serving as the primary liaison between referral sources, families, and internal departments. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Admissions Nurse Manager: • Oversee and manage all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiry through move-in. • Evaluate and approve potential residents based on clinical, financial, and operational criteria. • Complete onsite or virtual pre-admission assessments at hospitals and other care settings. • Collaborate with the LCS Regional Health Care Marketing and Sales Director to ensure consistency in LCS standards and best practices and adhere to SalesFIRST Standards. • Serve as the primary decision-maker on patient and resident admissions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified referrals.
