Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Admissions Officer for the Undergraduate Admissions Office within the Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick (EMNB). This position reports to the Senior Admissions Officer of Campus Programs.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Serves as the supervisor for the Scarlet Ambassador Team of tour guides and assists with the development and implementation of the campus visit program.
  • Works as a member of the Campus Programs Team, which plans all on-campus programming leading to successful recruitment and enrollment of the incoming class.
  • Assists with the campus tour, admitted student open house, counselor and other specialized programs executed annually, culminating in over 45,000 visitors.
  • Performs a wide range of duties that may include coordinating the programming, off-campus recruitment, and application review.
