Admissions Coordinator / Marketer

Pay: Starting at $40/hour + aggressive bonus structure
Overview

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Admissions Coordinator/Manager to lead our admissions process and support facility growth. This role is essential in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for residents and families while building strong referral relationships and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through admission
  • Evaluate prospective residents for clinical and financial eligibility
  • Collaborate with nursing, case management, and leadership to ensure appropriate admissions
  • Track real-time bed availability and coordinate room assignments
  • Verify insurance benefits and complete all required documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and referral partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and discharge planners
  • Participate in outreach, marketing events, and community engagement
  • Drive census growth through strong follow-up and service
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in daily team meetings
Qualifications
