Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)Full-timeThis is a perfect opportunity for a newly licensed AIT! Stadium Place is a 53-bed facility located in Baltimore, MD. We pride ourselves on having a family-like environment and a great staff to care for our residents.
We are currently seeking a full-time LNHA to join our wonderful team.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
- Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies.
- Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
All candidates must have:- Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License in MD
- Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
