Full Job Description

Salary: $115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure

Come join our team as a Licensed Facility Administrator at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
  2. Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
  3. Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
  • Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads.
  • Assists with team member issue management
  • Excellent clinic
  • Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
  • Census Management
  • Accounts receivable
  • Controllable Cost Management
  • Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
  • Manages the CMS Quality Indicators
  • Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
  • Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.

  • Follows the facility Mission, Vision and Values to achieve great outcomes
  • Maintains an active Administrator's License in the state where the facility is located
