Job Summary

Join a dynamic leadership team dedicated to developing current and future educational leaders across Orange County. The Administrator, Educational Services provides strategic leadership for administrator development, coaching, and capacity-building initiatives. Working closely with local education agencies, institutions of higher education, and community partners, this role designs and implements leadership learning experiences that strengthen leadership capacity and support aspiring and practicing administrators. Ideal candidates are collaborative, visionary leaders committed to educational excellence and continuous improvement.

Candidates must possess a valid California Administrative Credential, a California credential authorizing instruction or service in a public school program, and significant experience in educational leadership.
